By shopping at Lightish, you accept the terms and conditions below. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully read the terms before shopping with us. We also reserve the right to change and update the content of our trading conditions.

All products on Lightish include 25% VAT and other taxes. All prices are in Euro. When trading to countries outside the EU, the 25% VAT is deducted.

The following payment options are available: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and regular bank transfer. There are no fees charged to the customer for any transactions on Lightish. Payments are deducted when we dispatch your item.

At Lightish we use the NETS and Swedbank payment system. All card information is securely encrypted and sent to NETS, and it is not possible to withdraw more money than the customer has approved. We use 3D Secure to ensure extra security.


We use GLS and Bring for parcel delivery. It is possible to choose delivery directly to your own address or to a pick-up point you select through either GLS or Bring. Delivery typically occurs within three days unless otherwise stated. However, we disclaim responsibility for delays or errors from the shipping company. We will send you an email with a tracking number for the shipment as soon as your order is packed. This way, you can always track the progress of your package. The shipping cost is 6,99 €, but free for purchases over 139 €. Shipments to your home address cost an extra 3 €.


Gift cards can be used to purchase our lamps or accessories. The gift card is not personal with a name, so it is possible to give it to others. All purchased gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. If the purchase of a gift card is regretted, it, like all our other items, can be returned to us within 100 days. Gift cards given as prizes from, for example, won competitions must be redeemed within six months. None of the gift cards can be paid out in cash.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 100-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 100 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. If your order is returned within 14 days, you will receive a refund, otherwise, you will receive a credit note. The right of withdrawal only applies to consumer purchases of goods in the webshop and not to B2B sales or custom-made items.

If the item is returned within 14 days, you will receive a refund; if not, you will receive a credit note with no expiration date. However, we do not refund shipping or return shipping on regretted orders. It is important that you enclose a note in the box with your name and order number so that we can see that the package is from you.

The deadline means that you have 100 days from receipt to inform us that you want to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to info@lightish.eu or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us, nor can you cancel the purchase by not picking up your package at the pick-up point.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items. It is therefore not possible to return an item that is custom-made upon ordering.

Partial Withdrawal of the Purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

Once you have informed us that you want to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

You must pay for the return shipping, and you are responsible if there is damage during transport.

The condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value due to your handling of it beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item, you can only receive part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can receive back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.
Improper packaging may result in damage during transport, which may mean that you may not receive your money back. So please be careful – for both your and our sake. Please contact us if you need help, guidance, or have questions about the transport.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has lost value, we will deduct the amount you are responsible for.

We will refund all payments received from you (except for extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice that you want to withdraw from the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item back, unless you provide documentation that you have returned it.

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply.

This means that you have a warranty for 24 months. Contact us before returning the item.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to defects, damage, or wear and tear caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

The personal information is registered with Lampeworld ApS and is kept for five years, after which the information is deleted.

In addition, we cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies process information exclusively on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are required to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we needed it.
